Theres MORE Than ONE WAY to do a Pull Up or ANY OTHER EXERCISE
There s MORE Than ONE WAY to do a Pull Up or ANY OTHER EXERCISE. The more you train, the more you ll realize that different rules apply to you at different times AND that there are multiple ways to perform a rep with a given exercise. Changing the way you do the rep whether it is a full rep or a partial rep will change the way the muscle and the body is stimulated. So depending on goals, sometimes full range can work against you in certain situations. So in this video I use the pull up as an example. Full rep pull ups are great and so are leaning back pull ups which engage more back in comparison to biceps and rear delts. So in this way, playing with both kinds of reps can give you superior results. I guess, it s like learning how to use a musical instrument. Many notes can come from an instrument and some notes work best at certain times. Want to Support my work Go to Patreon:
