Here are 10 drills you can do anywhere to help develop your skills. These are simple drills that will help improve your confidence with ball in hand, your ability to control the ball around your body and help hold the ball to help your offloading game. Try this workout, spend 30second on each drill and do 3 sets. Add it in before bed or after a team session. If you drop the ball, just pick the ball up and get back into it. mistake will happen.
