3 D Animation: How the Unique HK P7 Pistol works
The HK P7 was a blowbackoperated semiautomatic pistol designed and manufactured by German gun manufacturer Heckler Koch (H K) from 1978 to 2008, chambered in 9mm (919mm Parabellum). It featured a unique gasdelayed blowback system, which used gas pressures from the ignited cartridge and fed them through a small port in the barrel (in front of the chamber) to retard the rearward motion of the slide. This was accomplished by a piston contained inside a cylinder under the barrel. The grip featured a builtin cocking lever located at the front of the grip. Squeezing the cocking lever cocked the firing pin. If the lever was released, the weapon was decocked. Check out our Gun Apparel at: We ship worldwide.
