Shetland fiddle tunes: Woo t, Marrit and A and Doon da Rooth

Two unusual Shetland fiddle tunes, played by Tom Pixton, accordion, with spectacular films of the Shetlands by Andre Parneel. Woot, Marrit and A (She s wooed, married, and all) is an old Scots song. Doon da Rooth is in an unusual 21, 8 rhythm and is thought to be an instrumental to accompany spinning.
