Voters in Mexico have elected Claudia Sheinbaum as the country s next president, making her the first woman president in its 200year history. She s also the country s first Jewish president. The climate scientist and former Mexico City mayor will succeed outgoing President Andrés Manuel López Obrador. Sheinbaum will start her sixyear term on October 1st.
