Maple Leaf Rag way too fast

For shits and giggles, I decided on a whim to see how fast I could possibly play this. Yes, I realize there s no musicality in this take. It was a speed test given to me by myself for no reason at all. :P Ragtime shouldn t be played That s what I ve always been told and tried to follow, but a little experiment never hurt anyone. I agree that ragtime shouldn t be played fast because of the style, etc. . but the REAL reason nobody tells us BECAUSE IT HURTS.
