Bartok Mikrokosmos (complete, with score)
Here is my recording made in february, march 2020, of Bela Bartok s iconic collection Mikrokosmos, written between 1926 and 1939 for his second son, Peter Bartok. As always, there are things that could have been better still, but as a whole I am quite pleased with the result. A word of warning : These are progressive pieces, starting from the most easy beginner s etudes progressing gradually to dashing concert pieces. The first book is quite boring to be honest, so you may want to skip ahead a bit :) The painting is Kosmische Flora (1917) by Paul Klee.
