Yoga for Cross Fit Athletes
A 30 minute practice geared to those who practice Cross Fit, but also beneficial for athletes of most any kind. Open the shoulders, stretch out the lower body, and find some therapy for the body in release. Always practice safely. If you have any injuries, illness, or other conditions, please check to see if this practice is right for you and, or determine necessary modifications for your body. Move within a pain free range of motion.
