Played a reproduction of an 1840s minstrel banjo. Each of the two songs here is known by two titles. Jaw Bone, Pee Dee is an early negro minstrel tune, while McLeod s Reel is a Scottish fiddle tune. McLeod became Uncle Joe with the addition of a set of southern Appalachian lyrics.
