In this video BALLET CORE workout we re going to do some of my favorite core exercises with a ballet twist. We will work on our abs, obliques and back muscles as well as tone our legs. Recently I ve been doing these exercises to warm up before my morning ballet class so I d say this is a warmup workout as well We will be doing two groups of 6 core exercises and repeating each group twice through.
