The CTA North Site: Our Northern Eye on the High Energy Universe
Capturing particle showers from a gamma ray that interacts with the Earth s atmosphere is a pretty big challenge. That s why CTA will use two arrays of telescopes to explore the entire night sky: one in the northern hemisphere (CTANorth) and one in the southern hemisphere (CTASouth).
