Winnipegs Favourite Uncle: Tito Boy of Tito Boy Restaurant

SAY HELLO TO WINNIPEGS FAVOURITE FILIPINO UNCLETITO BOY titoboyrestaurant (Tito translates to Uncle). We had the pleasure of meeting THE REAL TITO BOY and it was an honour and a treat to not only taste their delicious offerings but also to learn about their story and what they aim to accomplish with their restaurant. This is more than just a restaurant, its a community, a cultural hub, and a vibrant space to learn and appreciate the intricacies of the Filipino culture. We were able to try delicious traditional Filipino food like pancit bihon (noodles), karekare (pork belly with vegetables in a sweet and savoury peanut curry), grilled eggplant, sinigang (sour tamarindbroth based soup with vegetables), and sisig (sizzling pork belly and pigs ears).
