A mural companys warehouse seemed like the obvious place for Hop Alongs Frances Quinlan to play a song off of the bands album Painted Shut. In addition to doing some housepainting on the side, Quinlan also painted the albums cover. So we sneaked her into the back room of Colossal Media in Brooklyn where she belted out a strippeddown solo version of Buddy in the Parade. Here she is jamming among the brushes and cans.
