For some background knowledge: Sarah is fighter of cancer and last year she asked a question on the sdcc arrow panel, after Stephen answered her question he gave her his arrow necklace that she would then return in the year coming, which is why she s here, and the rest is quite self explanatory. stephenamell gave Sarah the bow from Arrow season 1 on comiccon Stephen is an amazing human be, for sure he s one of her favorite person .
