Barbers pole knot

In this video I demonstrate how to tie a barber s pole knot. It will be one of 6 bights which I find appropriate for practical uses as well as for learning the knot. You can easily recognize the knot due to the spiral effects it has. The knot is not an interweave of two casa knots, but has an overunder sequence when completed. It is set up in quite an unique way, comparing to the usual way we use to tie knots. Although the setup is a bit messy, the knot is easy to tie when you have some practice in. The s
