How to Dougie: Instructions 1. Do a very small hop onto your left foot, lifting and holding up your right knee. Drop your weight forward onto your right foot. Meanwhile, jump your left foot backward. 2. Hop onto your right foot, straightening out that leg. Meanwhile, lift and hold up your left knee. Drop your weight forward onto your left foot. Meanwhile, jump your right foot backward. 3. Repeat step one, then step two, as many times as you d like. Arm Variations There are multiple moves that you can do with your arms during the running man. Original: Every time you drop your weight forward onto a foot, stretch the opposite arm up and forward. Your other arm should be stretching down and backward. Every time you switch to the other leg, switch to the opposite arm. When switching arms, sway them at your sides, one upward and one downward.
