Goldie: Orchestrating Drum Bass

Goldie is one of UK dance music s most recognisable faces. The 58yearold DJ and producer pioneered drum bass in the early 90s, and in the twilight of his career, is still championing the genre and reimagining it for the present day. This RA film follows Goldie as he brings his landmark debut album, Timeless, to life with a live set at Ronnie Scott san iconic jazz venue in London s West Endto mark the 25th anniversary of the release. Over 14 minutes, we delve into the intricacies of his productions, career and influence on drum bass, with insights from key Metalheadz figures and band members.
