PSLV C38 launches Cartosat 2 E

A Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) in XL configuration launched a Cartosat2 series satellite (Cartosat2E) for Earth observation and 30 copassenger satellites into a 505 km polar Sun Synchronous Orbit (SSO), from the First Launch Pad (FLP) of Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) SHAR, Sriharikota, on 23 June 2017, at 03:59 UTC.
