Jamie Isaac All My Days
It s a good area to be in it s an important area to be in, says Jamie Isaac, tapping his freshly rolled joint as he looks over the city skyline in The FADER s latest short film. He s talking about London, and specifically south east London: his birthplace, his home, and the place where he forms part of an artistic community that includes King Krule and Jesse James Solomon. Isaac s own music sits somewhere between the two: he s set to release Couch Baby, a debut LP of simmering electronic ballads, on July 8. There s definitely a scene growing here, he elaborates. There s more of a communal feel. There s just a better vibe, you know
