If you havent experienced the Bulgarian Bag yet, this Workout of the Week (WoW) will be a great introduction to this unique training tool. And if you are a seasoned Bulgarian Bag trainer or user, youll love this simple but challenging workout. Tim Burrow and Paul Gillingham of Bootcamp Crawley are your guides through this WoW.
