Loaded Front Rack Stretch
Short clip from an Agatsu Squat Like a Boss Mobility and Stability Workshop filmed in Montreal Quebec at L academie Agatsu. This is a loaded stretch to aid in achieving a better front rack position. Note that the bar is placed behind the neck only as a means of increasing the stretch, for a proper Front Squat the bar is in front of the neck.
