Reports indicate Mercedes have imposed a nonpoaching clause on Lewis Hamilton, preventing him from directly approaching Peter Bonnington, Andrew Shovlin and others to follow him to Ferrari. This does not necessarily mean Toto Wolff s team will keep these key engineers however, as Ferrari remain free to make their own advances.
