When you work out you want your shirt to wick away the moisture from your body. The only way it can do that is to have contact with your skin right Well let s turn this baggy Target workout shirt into something more fitted and squat and deadlift ready First thing you want to do is turn your shirt inside out. We re going to use what I call the pinch method. Pinch the sides of your shirt and see what fit you feel comfortable with. Too tight Go back out a little bit, the sky is the limit so do what you feel most comfortable with. When you find that fit put a safety pin in it and do the same for the opposite side. You want to have at least 4 safety pins in each side, but more is ok too.
