A home built in 1953 by Julie s grandfather had a ton of sentimental value and a general architectural aesthetic that Ian and Julie loved. What it really needed was a facelift, a more functional layout, and to bring it into today s day and age. Working collaboratively with Synthesis Design, Twin Lions Contracting completed this amazing transformation while keeping to the clients core vision for the home. A couple small additions, all new interior layout, fully upgraded mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, a new building envelope, and a suite of beautiful finishes created a home that will be around for the next generations of their family.
