DAY 8 10 MIN ABS WORKOUT, , Slow movements, feel the burn, Twice as Fit
We are back with another summer abs workout This is a 10 min abs workout. We will do slow movements, but I promise you will feel the burn In 10 minutes we will do only 13 exercises of 45 seconds each. Are you dreaming about your summer holidays and are trying to get fit and tone your abs Then this is the perfect workout for you We will enjoy the gorgeous view and train together. If you find our other ab workouts a bit challenging and fastpaced, then this is also a great option for you as we will take things slower.
