Irina Rodnina Alexei Ulanov 1972 European Figure Skating Championships Exhibition

The great Irina Rodnina winning her fourth European title with Alexei Ulanov. It would be his last as he parted ways after the Worlds to team with his soon to be wife Ludmilla Smirnova. Irina however remained undefeated at this event until her retirement, racking up a total of 11 European titles. She always skated with more emotion during exhibitions and you can see that very clearly here.
