I stretched everyday for 30 days
For as long as I can remember, I have never been able to touch my toes. I decided to change that fact I stretched everyday for 2030 mins for thirty days, and here is how my body changed. Stretching makes the body more flexible, improves our emotional state, and reduces pain. Also, stretching is extremely important to do to reduce tension in the body This experiment has made me enjoy stretching so much that I have made it a part of my daily routine.
