Chemistry Revamped E03, Nanobots part 2: Assembly Biology
Self assembly is such an important property of living things. Without it, life as we know it won t be able to exist. In this video, we are going to take a deep dive into the origin and application of self assembly. This series is heavily inspired by 3Blue1Browns intuitive explanation style, and I want to be able to create a similar style of content for Chemistry as well. Animated using Keynote, Manim, Avogrado, and VMD The charge animation was modified from 3Blue1Brown s video on Divergence Curl, and theorem of Beethoven s vector fields tutorial the source code can be found here: Photo, video credits: Francis Crick shared the 1962 Nobel Prize in physiology or medicine for helping to discover the structure of DNA.
