Russian life coach offers buried alive therapy
Ever wished the ground would just swallow you up This Russian therapist is on hand to grant your wish (sort of). Stressedout Russians have begun partaking in a bizarre relaxation technique, which involves burying themselves alive, as a way to temporarily cut themselves off from the world, and give the senses a break. Footage shows the eager participants happily digging their own graves, as well as helping to bury each other (breathing apparatus included, it should be noted). A typical burial lasts around an hour, with reactions ranging from a renewed sense of wonder and love for the planet, to Eew, its cold and damp.
