SilverSneakers and Renew Active are fitness programs for Medicareeligible and group retiree members of participating health plans. Both programs offer FREE gym memberships at local fitness facilities. Renew Active is available exclusively from UnitedHealthcare Medicare plans. Renew Active is similar to SilverSneakers, but also incorporates brain health into the activities offered. Renew Active participants receive a 1on1 session with a personal trainer to set fitnessrelated goals and form a personalized fitness plan.
