Pregnant Maltese Mimi Tails of Survival

Mimi is a survivor. Even after she was abandoned at a Los Angeles shelter, gave birth to six pups and cared for them, she fights to live and love again Google+: It is believed that Mimi s owner abandoned her after learning she was pregnant. She arrived at the Los Angeles animal shelter in remarkably good condition except that she was close to birth. Knowing the pups may not survive while at the shelter, volunteers and workers pleaded with the local animal rescues to help her. Dogs Without Borders heard their call and Mimi gave birth to her pups in the home of loving foster mom, Brandie. Today, all six pups and Momma Mimi are happy and healthy and looking for their next adventure. A loving home. Special thanks to Dogs Without Borders.
