LIVE: Pink Supermoon lights up the sky over Buenos Aires
This years first Supermoon, known as the Pink Moon, glows bright over Buenos Aires on Monday, April 26. The phenomenon occurs when the Moon is simultaneously in its full phase and at its closest point to the Earth. The Pink Moon is named after the herb moss pink, a plant native to the eastern United States, which is one of the earliest widespread flowers of spring.
