Cross Fit Wilmington Modified Burgener Warm Up
We have our lifters do this variation of Coach B s Warm Up everyday. We ve added the Snatch Push Press, Balance, and the variations of the Snatch. The biggest change is the progressions. I. e., the pulls begin at the high hang and with each rep continue from a lower hang position and therefore work the transition (double knee bend) into the warm up. We also combined the Snatch Land and Snatch Drop into one, progressing lower with each rep, set. At the end we have the lifters do Snatches, Hang Power, Pow
