Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting

Here s the recipe; Cream Cheese 225g (8oz or 1 cup) Butter (Unsalted) 115g (4oz or 1 stick) Icing Sugar (confectioner s sugar) 375g or 3 cups) Vanilla Extract 1 Tsp Don t forget to refrigerate to get the best consistency Some cream cheese frosting recipes are too sloppy for me. I don t have access to good block cream cheese and by adding the softer cream cheese later it seems to keep the recipe firm enough to pipe nicely.
