Sacramento detectives release new information serial sexual predator arrest

The Sacramento County Sheriffs Office has released more information about the arrest of 35yearold Kabeh Cummings in New York. Police say Cummings is connected to at least three sexual assaults dating back to 2010. According to deputies, in November 2021, a detective was reviewing a cold case from 2013 when she requested more evidence to be tested. These cases a lot of times come down to something like DNA, especially in a stranger incident, said Heather Feil, Sacramento County Sergeant Detective.
