Warships pass each other going in opposite directions, sailors man rails

Two Arleighburke class destroyers of the US Navy pass by each other in San Deigo Harbor. The USS Halsey (DDG97) returned from sea with sailors manning the rails in December 2023. While inbound to Naval Base San Diego, the USS Preble (DDG88) passed heading out to sea. Overhead, several SH60 Sea Hawk helicopters flew by.
