US can handle Ukraine and Palestine at once Biden

Joe Biden says the US can easily tackle both the Middle Eastern and Ukrainian conflicts at the same time, because America is the most powerful state in the world. In his latest interview, he also said that American boots on the ground are not necessary in Israel, however adding that Washington guarantees to support the state with everything they need.
