Peacepipe Sea of Nightmares (1970)

Peacepipe were a power trio that played Southern California and Arizona in the late 1960s. If you re into heavy psych guitar, you re in for a treat. Uzonyi has a monstrous tone on guitar, similar at times to Jimi Hendrix s feedback divebombing, but the two have very different playing styles. The material ranges from superheavy guitar insanity to more poppy material. Vocals on the other hand can be a bit rough at times. Opener Sea Of Nightmares is a stunning piece of acid rock.
