17 Oct. 1999 Pete tells Adam that he had sex with Amy during the outward bound weekend but swears him to secrecy. Karen decides to rebel against her middleclass life style, giving her clothes to a charity shop, rolling a joint and persuading Rachel that they should both get a tattoo. Rachel breaks up with Danny as neither can relate to the others friends and Rachel agrees to be Adam s date at his school reunion. However her tattoo turns septic so Karen accompanies him instead. Unwisely he tells her about Pete and Amy, and she tells Jenny.
