SFM Tutorial: Wind Effects

Been a while, so here you go. Sorry for breaking the 4th wall in there, but had been wanting to do something like that for a while. Anyways, I feel any motion on the models help bring them to life, especially if they are standing still. Being able to add a bit of wind effect, even if incredibly small, can make a huge difference.
