Monk meets the hospital s brilliant director, Dr. Morris Lancaster, as well as fellow patients John Wurster (Kevin Nealon) an overly empathic, Zeligtype ( I m a detective too ) and Manny, a man in his thirties who still believes in Santa Claus.
