Hi Are you ready to study I ve recently adopted the Pomodoro technique (25 min study x 5 min break). I ve found this technique to be particularly helpful when you are finding it hard to concentrate or have just done a procrastination binge. I m actually in my exam season right now and with Covid19 it s truly hard to keep the motivation up So I applaud you for clicking on this video and totally get it if you are also feeling a bit down during this time.
