Protests at rape and violence against women continue across Bangladesh
At least seven people were injured as police clashed with marchers protesting at rape and violence against women in Dhaka on Tuesday. Police stopped the marchers near Hotel Intercontinental as the protesters tried to proceed towards the Prime Ministers office, 3. 5 kilometres away from the scene. As police blocked the procession, the protesters locked in a scuffle in which several persons were injured.
