Watch Dogs Sweet FX E3 Graphics ( MOD) HD

Ok now i am impressed, this graphics mod changes the graphics of watch dogs and it reminds me alot of the e3 reveal, you judge for yourself, it seems it only makes the game darker allong other effects but i adore it, the night scenes look amazing they look mindblowing, this is what the game was supposed to look, it looks cartoonish without this mod. I honestly can t find the author of this mod and the download was from a random file online, so if anyone can help me let me know this is the file i used
