Custom Skis

Hi All, I had a great opportunity to watch and film custom skis being built by Community Skis, a custom manufacturer of skis in Mammoth Lakes, CA. In order to film the entire ski building process I filmed 2 sets of skis being manufactured. The first set of skis (allmountain skis) was used to show how the core and edging is created. The second set of skis (swallow tail powder skis) was used to show the fiberglassing, graphics, curing, and finishing process. It was a lot of fun to see the process start t
