Witness description: Round orb like object in sky metallic chrome reflecting the sunlight. It was hovering over a cloud and seemed to be doing something to the inside of the cloud. Its shadow can be seen on the cloud. It s shadow moves in sync with the orb as it moved slightly left and right up then down a little.
