Iyengar Yoga Demo : IYOGA Studios Dublin Open Studio 30 January 2014

Each year as part of IYOGA s Open Studio in January, senior level 2 teacher Eileen Cameron choreographs a sequence of yoga asana which focus on differing aspects of Iyengar yoga practice. This year she has created a ropework (yoga korunta) sequence in the Iyengar tradition. Other teachers present are Sorcha Carroll, Melanie Taylor, Annette Cahill Margaret Cashman.
