How to Paint Ripples in Water at Sunset: Acrylic Painting Time Lapse Ripples at Sunset

12 x 16 acrylic on canvas panel This piece was difficult at times, but I love the ripples and the end results I am still focusing on painting sunsets for a little while to really develop the realism Again, I really like the warm colors I began with the sky and focused all my attention on blending, layers, then the details. Once the sky was finished I then moved to the middle ground and then the foreground, similar process to the sky of blending, layers, and then details.
