Brewing a NEIPA with VOSS KVEIK, Grain to Glass in LESS THAN A WEEK, How to Top Crop Yeast
In this video, I used the Voss Kveik Strain to make a delicious NEIPA in 5 days with Sabro, Citra and Galaxy hops. This fastfermented New England IPA was super hazy, juicy and just as good as one made with regular ale yeast. See below for the complete recipe. I did one huge 5 oz dry whirlpool and one massive 7 oz dry hop and the resulting beer had some serious tropical flavor and aroma of orange, tangerine, honeydew melon, coconut and mint. This tuned out to be a really interesting and pleasant combo. In this video I also show you how to topcrop kveik (really any yeast) to harvest and reuse it later.
