This is her second home in the posh Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood, the first being an 8, 000squarefoot mansion she purchased for million at the end of last year. Rihanna s net worth of 600 million, according to Forbes, comes from her successful cosmetics and fashion brands. Both properties were purchased through trusts with Evan Jehle, a partner at the New Yorkbased business management company FFO and a member of the Global Advisory Board of Rihanna s Clara Lionel Foundation, listed as a trustee on the deeds for both transactions. The first property underwent a complete renovation and now features an open, indooroutdoor floor plan with white oak floors and several fireplaces.
